File artwork submissions to BrandManager360 (BM360, the CLC's approval platform) through its direct REST API. Use when the user asks to submit product artwork, check an existing artwork submission's status, handle a rejection on an artwork submission, or answer any question about what's been submitted to BM360 for a given institution. Covers artwork submissions only — license applications, label applications, and royalty reports live in the browser UI and belong to the bm360-web skill.
What it does
- Fetch artwork files from Google Drive by SKU or product name
- Submit artwork to BM360 via direct API (read + write)
- Triage Gmail submission correspondence and classify rejections
- Draft reply emails to institutional licensing offices with attachments
- Post status updates to a licensing Slack channel
- Suggest rights categories for new designs based on visual content
- Flag submissions stalled in pending for too long
What it won't do
- Won't make artistic decisions — escalates to designers
- Won't forge or alter rights documents, licenses, or approvals
- Won't submit artwork without human approval
- Won't send external emails without human approval
- In this mode (REST API, artwork-only), it won't file license applications, label applications, or royalty reports — those are covered by the bm360_web skill the agent can switch into if enabled
