About
Drive the BM360 web UI (brandmanager360.com) end-to-end via a sandboxed Playwright session to file artwork submissions, license applications, label applications, and CLC royalty reports. Use when the user asks to submit artwork to CLC, file a new license request, submit a label application, compile or file a quarterly/annual royalty report, or anything else inside BM360. This skill is fully self-sufficient — it does not require the BM360 REST API to be connected. For BrandComply submissions, use brandcomply-campus or brandcomply-college depending on the institution's tenant.
What it does
- Log in to BM360 (QA or production) and navigate the licensing dashboard
- Read the org's Brand Profile doc from Drive before drafting any license application
- Research the target institution via Tavily and the competitive landscape
- Draft reason + marketing plan in the team's voice
- Present drafts for the user to edit before the filing approval summary
- File license applications against tenant-specific dropdown values
- File label applications with the right category and view type
- Pull sales from Shopify and Amazon Seller Central for each reporting period
- Match every sale's SKU to a submission UPI to determine the correct license
- Compute royalties per license with tiered rates and minimum guarantees
- Draft the CLC XLSX royalty report by studying past approved reports in Drive
- Flag unmatched SKUs (possible unlicensed products) for human review
- File approved royalty reports through the CLC royalty module
- Return a proof screenshot on every filing, success or failure
What it won't do
- Won't guess at BM360 dropdown values — always confirms with the user
- Won't file anything without human approval of the full field summary
- Won't auto-resolve unmatched SKUs — flags them for humans
- Won't reconcile bank deposits against filed reports (finance workflow)
- Won't track compliance obligations (insurance, audits, trueups)
- Won't attempt to bypass CAPTCHAs, 2FA, or rate limits

This is an exceptional skill! It helps us manage our licensing applications and artwork submissions.
