About
Crawl the org's IPM portals (BrandComply Campus or College, BM360 Web) and the org's connected files (Google Drive contracts/brand docs) to learn the org's licensing business and write what you find to the org brain at /mnt/memory/org/. Use this skill when the user asks for an audit, when running a scheduled refresh, or when an agent realizes it doesn't know enough about the org to answer well. Read-only on external systems — never submits, never sends. Output is structured Markdown files in the org brain plus a one-shot human-readable report.
What it does
- Crawl BrandComply (Campus or College) portal pages and extract structured contracts/properties/submissions
- Crawl BM360 Web for license applications, royalty pages, and institution rights matrices
- Search Google Drive for Brand Profile docs and contract PDFs and synthesize them into the org brain
- Pull the Shopify catalog and run coverage analysis — which products invoke which institutions, which lack approvals, which approved categories have no products
- Maintain /mnt/memory/org/ entity files (institutions, contracts, brands, retailers, royalty-rules, platforms, people, products, coverage)
- Diff each audit run against the prior snapshot and write a /org/changes/<date>.md changelog
- Report a short headline summary of new/changed/removed entities and coverage gaps at end of run
What it won't do
- Won't submit, file, or send anything externally — read-only on every IPM portal
- Won't dump raw HTML or full page bodies into memory — synthesizes structured facts only
- Won't write user-specific or agent-specific notes to /mnt/memory/org/
- Won't auto-delete entities that disappear from the portal — flags them for human review
- Won't exceed ~50 page visits per run (schedules another pass instead)
